  • 30 mobility climbers (foot to outside of hand)
  • 10 kip swings
  • 5 strict pull ups

Mobility:
4 min OverHead Tissue smash w/ LAX ball on Wall

WeightLifting:
Strict Press week 4: Add 5Lbs. to previous working max
65% x 5
75% x 5
85% x 5+ (“max” reps but not to failure)

Workout: 
4X5 Cleans
(build up to working weight and stick with same weight in WOD)
