Mobility:
4 min's T spine smash on foam roller 

Skill:
5 min PVC Snatch drills.
Then:
2 Power Snatch's EMOM for 10 min

Back Squat wk 1:
5X5 each set is heavier than the last - record your 5 rep max for this week (speed)
