Warm Up 2 X's:

  • 1 wall traverse (go in opposite direction on 2nd round) 
  • 10 air squats 
  • 10 PVC Good Mornings
  • 10 PVC Pass throughs 
  • 7 down to 1 X man walk outs with a band. 
  • 5 burpees 
  • 10 wall pull ups 

Mobility:
2 min each side banded hip extension (facing the pull up rig) 

Skill:
10 min: rope climb/ pole climb
