  • 10 PVC OHS

Foam Angels

Skill:

Bench Press 3 x 12 2 min rest between sets. 
choose that a weight that allows a brisk unbroken set

Workout:

12 min AMRAP:
3 OHS 30 DU's
6 OHS 30 DU's
9 OHS 30 DU's.......
Add 3 reps to the OHS each round until the 12 mins is up.
