  • 5 Pushups 2-1-2 Cadence
  • 5 Handstand wall walkups

Thoracic spine foam roller /angels

Strength

Back Squat 8-6-5-5-5
Try to add 10# to last effort on last 5.

Workout

For time:
30 L-Pullups (May Sub Chins or other scaling)

Then:

100 Burpees for time.
