  • 10 boots strappers
  • 10 PVC good mornings
  • 10 PVC pass throughs


Mobility
Pigeon on box 1 min each side

Workout
EMOM 10 Minutes:
Minute 1 Deadlift  70-75% of 1RM 3-6 Good Reps
Must quietly come to full stop at the bottom of the lift
Minute 2 Strict Pull ups 3-6 reps - if proficient add weight. 
Then:
Complete 50 push press 65/75# and 25 over the bar burpees
