Warm Up:

  • Long lap with 3 burpees at each corner and intersection 

Mobility:
WHFS, Wall calf stretch, banded ankle, KB calf smash.

Skill:
Mobility runs while other teams complete task

Workout:
Teams of three -
must use prowler to transport 600 pounds to other end of gym and over a vault box. Then without prowler must get all weights back to start line. Each team must accumulate 75 burpees.
