This cycle was originally introduced by Jesse Woody on 4/29/13

We're bringing it back with some added focus on functional mobility.

The goals of the cycle, as taken directly from Jesse's notes:

Main Goals:

  • Improve muscular imbalances/Mobility

  • Introduce higher-rep work to aid recovery/improve work capacity

  • introduce sprinting skills, sprint repeats

  • Improve agility w/ladder and shuttle runs

  • Maintain strength from last cycle

  • Nobody dies

We're big on the "Nobody dies" part - so we want to use this first week as a light weight test to set the rest of the cycle, you want to err on the side of light here, as we can always go up!
