CLASSES

CrossFit OnRamp

You know you've been wanting to give Crossfit a try - now is your chance! Primal Fitness is now offering a 4-week "On-Ramp" course for beginners who are new to high intensity exercise. Come get focused instruction that will have you up to speed and Crossfitting in no time - for only $199.

Guided by one of our supportive and experienced trainers, you will gain proficiency in the movements and exercises you’ll encounter in Primal’s Crossfit classes. Spend the rest of your month enjoying an Unlimited Membership. Challenge yourself with an intermediate-scaled version of the daily WODs ("Workout of the Day"), at any of the CrossFit group class times we offer.

Our On-Ramp class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00pm. To maintain optimal quality, we have to limit 6 people maximum per class - so sign up now! CROSSFIT PERSONAL TRAINING
ON-RAMP

Do those times not work with your schedule? Do you prefer a one-on-one approach? If so, then our Personal Training On-Ramp is right for you. For the price of $200, you receive two, 1 hour training sessions, scheduled at a time that works for you to learn and develop your skills at complex and dynamic exercises. We will tailor our instruction to your individual needs and abilities to bring you into the fold. After you've completed your initial training, the rest of the month is yours to jump into whichever of our regular classes work best for you.

CROSSFIT DAILY CLASSES

Clients with an active unlimited membership can come to as many of our daily classes as they like. Drop-ins are welcome anytime.
