Parkour is the discipline of movement. Learning to move under, over, and through obstacles to hone the body's capacities for movement and physical attributes including-

  • Strength
  • Speed
  • Agility
  • Power
  • Balance
  • Physical Problem Solving
  • Flexibility

This 6-week program focuses on a different type of movement and category of obstacle each week-

  1. Jumping and Landing
  2. The Parkour Roll
  3. Wall-runs and Tic-Tacs
  4. Vaults
  5. The Cat-Leap
  6. The Underbar

Building upon, and in combination with one another, these movements form a base from which common obstacles can be conquered in a real-life scenario and allow a student to move on to the more advanced movements and concepts in our second level of bootcamp.

The classes will also introduce and implement parkour-specific conditioning drills to support the physical demand of the techniques and supplement the fitness-building aspects of parkour.

On top of all this, students will have a blast getting fit and learning useful skills! 

Spaces are limited, you must pre-register to be guaranteed a space.

You must bring a completed waiver (2 pages) to your first class. Adult Wavier . Waiver for Minors (must be signed by parent / gaurdian).
