We are proudly associated with CrossFit. A Primal Fitness workout is a scaleable method combining functional movements such as bodyweight exercises, Olympic Weightlifting, Rowing, basic gymnastic skills, and sprinting into a fun and challenging tool to improve General Physical Preparedness. By improving this overall preparedness, you will create a "ready state" from which any other specific goal can be easily obtained. Primal Fitness uses CrossFit and sports performance methodology to create a unique, challenging, fun, and effective fitness regimen. Each class features personalized instruction, class sizes are limited to ensure you always get personalized instruction and review. Our sessions run as follows: Sunrise: 6:30-7:30AM Morning 7:15-8:15AM Lunch Shift: 11:00-2:00PM Early Evening:4:30-5:30PM, 5:00-6:00PM Evening Monday through Thursday 6:00-7:00 and 7:00-8:00PM, Fridays: 6:00-7:00PM Saturdays: 9:00-10:00AM, Your first session is free, your satisfaction is backed by a money-back guarantee. Cost is $140 unlimited monthly Primal Fitness workouts or $20 drop-in. All new clients are required to attend a 4 day on-ramp to establish a foundation in the fundamentals. Cost of the on-ramp is $90 for the 4 day session. Drop-ins not guaranteed a space- please call ahead. We offer free first workouts to anyone within 50 miles of the DC area who is coming for a regularly scheduled class time. Anyone under 18 MUST bring a signed copy of this waiver to be admitted to class. We will call to verify that a parent or legal guardian signed it. Our workouts are scaled and adapted to meet our clients personal needs, as there is no "one size fits all" fitness approach that meets our high standards of athletic preparedness.
