We've been in the CrossFit community since the early days. As the oldest CrossFit gym in DC, we've seen it all. Our programming builds on the idea that a human being should be able to prepare for any physical activity, with a handful of fundamental movements. Whether you walk, run, skate, or ski, Primal's Crossfit program will enhance your performance.
Our trainers work together to create 8-16 week cycles that focus on improving specific components of your overall fitness. Whether it be building general strength, cardiovascular endurance, or mobility, our approach is designed to help anyone at any fitness level.
We post and coach a "workout of the day" (WOD) every day that builds toward these goals.
