Challenge yourself with an intermediate-scaled version of the daily WODs ("Workout of the Day"), at any of the CrossFit group class times we offer.

CROSSFIT DAILY CLASSES
Clients with an active unlimited membership can come to as many of our daily classes as they like. Drop-ins are welcome anytime.
CROSSFIT PERSONAL TRAINING iNTRO
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
- 12:00 PM till 5:00 PM
Do those times not work with your schedule? Do you prefer a one-on-one approach? If so, then our Personal Training On-Ramp is right for you. For the price of $200, you receive two, 1 hour training sessions, scheduled at a time that works for you to learn and develop your skills at complex and dynamic exercises. We will tailor our instruction to your individual needs and abilities to bring you into the fold. After you've completed your initial training, the rest of the month is yours to jump into whichever of our regular classes work best for you.
Crossfit personal Training
